Your Faith Has Made You Whole

As I see some loosing the faith in life itself, I say to you. I know that life is not fair and it is certainly not what God intended it to be. We fear the future and what will become of us. Sometimes we are afraid and the spirit of fear overcomes us, but we can beat it by trusting in and loving God completely. God cares for the birds of the air, so how much more will He provide for His children? Don’t be afraid, you are worth more than many sparrows.

Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid, for you did not receive a spirit that makes you a slave again to fear. If you fear that it won’t work, you will weaken your passion and your determination for what you have been called to do.

We have the Power to encounter foes and dangers, power to bear up under trials, power to triumph in persecutions. It is the nature of the gospel to inspire the mind with holy courage and of love and to make the mind bold and constant. God says do not fear, for I am with you, Do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, surely I will help you, Surely I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.

The testing of our faith produces perseverance and matures us, providing the evidence that our faith is real. In God I trust, I will not be afraid. What can man do to me? Refuse to give in to fear. Turn to God even in the darkest times and trust Him to make things right.

Faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see. God bless those who are obedient and faithful. faith conquered kingdoms, administered justice, and gains what is promised, weakness is turned to strength, and we became powerful in battle. We are to be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power.

Our strength is not our own; it is not human or fleshly. Our strength is not of the world, but our strength is found in God, in our having a vibrant, dynamic relationship with Him.

It is through submission to God’s strength that we overcome the power of Satan: Submit yourselves to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. When we finally come to not only acknowledging Him as our Savior, but admitting our total helplessness and dependency upon Him, then will we come to know of His strength, His power, and His might.

We are no longer in bondage and we have the Lord’s strength to respond with patience and in complete trust in the His power and purpose. Continue in the faith, grounded and steadfast, and be not moved away from the hope of the gospel. The faithful will persevere, kept by the power of the Holy Spirit who is the guarantee of our salvation and who will keep us “strong to the end.
